To browse Academia. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship and effects between future attitudes and happiness perceptions of university students studying in tourism. In this study, questionnaire technique was used as data collection tool. Data were obtained from tourism students studying at Manavgat Vocational School of Akdeniz University. Reliability, factor, correlation and regression analyzes were used in the analysis of the data. The reliability values of the scales used in the study were found to be sufficient. As a result of factor analysis, one dimension was obtained from Happiness Scale; three dimensions were obtained from the Attitudes toward the Future Scale: positive orientation, planned orientation and anxious orientation. As a result of the correlation analysis, positive significant relationships were found between happiness and positive orientation and planned orientation sub-dimensions of Attitudes toward the Future Scale. There was no significant relationship between anxious orientation sub-dimension and happiness. As a result of the regression analysis, it was found that sub-dimensions of attitudes toward the future planned orientation and positive orientation had the highest effect on happiness, respectively. The findings were discussed within the framework of the literature and some suggestions were made for the school administrations. Bu doğrultuda konuyla ilgili literatür taranmış ve bir anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler yüze, frekans analizleri, t-testi ve çoklu korelasyon testleri ile değerlendirilmiş, tablolar yardımıyla yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin orta düzeyde covid kaygısına sahip oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca analiz sonuçlarına göre Covid 19 ile gelecek kaygısı arasında orta düzeyli pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Sektörde çalışma isteği ile covid 19 kaygısı arasında zayıf düzeyli pozitif anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Yol analizi sonucunda unutulmaz turizm deneyimi boyutlarından yenilik, bilgi, anlamlılık, katılım ve ferahlık deneyiminin ise psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu hedonizm ve yerel kültür boyutlarının ise anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
